DRIVER’S QUALIFICATIONS: Customers must be over 23 and be a credit card holder. A valid driving license held for at least one year is required. The driving license can be issued from any country in the world.

GES: To complete an online reservation through www.meliancars.com customer must have a valid credit/debit card. Full payment takes place on pick-up. If the reservation is cancelled outside the pre-determined time limits or if the customer fails to collect the vehicle on the predetermined pick-up date and time, Melian Cars reserves the right to charge the card with a fee according to the cancellation policy. In order to pick up the reserved vehicle, the card holder must present the card under which the reservation was made. The card holder will appear as the driver on the rental agreement. We accept only Visa and MasterCard.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: You are allowed to make changes to a reservation online. Any change to a booking will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked. The lead customer name, the pick-up location, the credit card number or the car group on a reservation cannot be changed. If you wish to change the lead name or the pick-up location and time, please contact us through email or phone.

EARLY RETURN: Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle earlier than the reservation return date and time.

CAR AVAILABILITY: All reservations are subject to availability. In the event that we cannot provide you a car in the category you made a reservation, we will try to provide you with a car in the next category without any extra charge.
